We are proud to support the next generation of talent through our apprenticeship program. To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, we’re excited to highlight our amazing apprentices:
- 3 in their third year – wrapping up in May! They’ve earned their airside passes and have been putting in the work to get a wide range of experiences.
- 4 in their second year – balancing college and work beautifully, gaining hands-on skills.
- 3 in their first year – already showing great promise and getting to grips with all aspects of their roles.
By rotating apprentices across our three workshops, they get exposure to diverse tasks and learn from every corner of the business. It’s inspiring to watch their growth and see them thrive. Here’s to investing in people and shaping the future!
